What makes Elmhurst products different from other plant milks?
We use a unique HydroRelease™ method which uses just water to separate the nutritional components of the nut or grain. This allows us to maintain more natural protein, vitamins, and minerals without the need for added gums, oils, or emulsifiers.
Do your products need to be refrigerated?
Our products are shelf-stable and can be stored in your pantry until the 'Best By' date. However, once opened, they must be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 7 to 10 days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all Elmhurst 1925 products are 100% plant-based, vegan, and certified gluten-free. We are also Non-GMO Project Verified.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose to subscribe and save 10% on your favorite products. You can select delivery intervals of 15, 30, 45, or 60 days and manage your subscription through your account portal.
